4. Hosting and Infrastructure (Wix Specifics)

We host our website with the cloud provider Wix.com.

• Provider: Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel (hereinafter "Wix").

• Processing: Wix provides the infrastructure and storage space for our website. In doing so, all data generated through the use of the website (e.g., IP addresses, meta, and communication data) is processed.

• Legal Basis: The use of Wix is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online offer). If corresponding consent was requested, processing occurs exclusively based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

• Third-Country Transfer & Safeguards: According to an adequacy decision by the EU Commission, Israel is considered a third country with an adequate level of data protection. For data transfers to other regions (such as the USA), Wix uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the EU Commission. Furthermore, we have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Wix pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
